CrackDect

Affordable, reliable quality checks – Anywhere

Introducing CrackDect

CrackDect is a cost‑effective system designed to detect bottom‑surface cracks in glass bottles, with a focus on accessibility for Small and Medium‑sized Enterprises (SMEs). Using cameras and computer vision, the system captures images of bottles, identifies defects beyond conventional inspection methods, and presents results through a web‑based dashboard, enabling clearer analysis and improved quality control.
