Capstone Project S34 – Oyika Smart POS

Smart POS is a mobile-first smart Point-of-Sale system designed to digitalise vehicle workshops across Southeast Asia by replacing manual processes with automation. It integrates modular inventory management, customer relationship management, and AI-driven marketing, enabling seamless stock control, procurement, and sales. Predictive analytics and real-time insights paired with an AI Assistant helps optimise operations, improve decision-making, and enhance customer engagement, ensuring operational efficiency regardless of digital proficiency.

OUR VISION

How do we make transactions easier for Oyika’s storefront partners?

Oyika works with thousands of suppliers, workshops, and companies to deliver EVs across Southeast Asia.

In rural areas of Thailand, Indonesia, and Malaysia, many partners still rely on manual processes. This leads to inefficiencies and higher labor costs.

This project aims to streamline inventory and procurement workflows, reduce manual tasks, and strengthen daily operations.

Oyika is a Singapore-based EV company, founded in 2018, focused on accelerating electric two-wheeler adoption in Southeast Asia.

With a network of battery swap cabinets, Oyika makes EV ownership more affordable and accessible.

To support its partners, Oyika is developing a Workshop Management mobile app.

This tool offers digital touchpoints for both workshop operators and EV riders, streamlining bike servicing and repairs.

The app helps replace manual workflows, reducing inefficiencies and cutting down on labor-intensive tasks.
