Developer Management System
Developer Management System is internal tool for OCBC tech team to support assisted navigation:
-Extract all navigational flows from OCBC Digital automatically using the Automated App Navigator (AAN) algorithm
-Developers can access an interactive dashboard for quick visualisation and management of navigation flows inside database

After 3 rounds of user tests conducted with a total of 30 OCBC customers over 6 months, we measured the impact of our solution using 3 key metrics:

1. Ease Of Use - System Usability Scale (SUS)

2. Task Effiency - Task success rate & time for completion

3. Customer Satisfaction - Net Promoter Score
We are excited to carry the lessons from each iteration to the next, in hopes of creating an easier, simpler customer service experience on all banking applications for anyone and everyone.
