Our project introduces a crisis management framework that empowers first responders to resolve unexpected emergencies effectively. Designed to be robust yet widely applicable, it is relevant to various events involving volunteers. Through a gamified experience, volunteers learn, apply, and assess their crisis management skills.

CHIME is a crisis management framework designed to guide volunteers’ response. The five factors of the framework are defined in the image on the right.
