As a densely built city with high humidity, prolonged heat exposure poses significant risks, particularly for outdoor workers. Without adequate monitoring and intervention, heat stress can lead to severe health issues, reduced productivity, and economic losses.

WHY GAIT MONITORING?

Fatigue affects movement long before noticeable symptoms appear, making gait analysis a powerful early detection tool. Captures raw motion data from the user’s waist in real time using a built-in inertial measurement unit (IMU)

Performs on-device gait analysis using custom algorithm

Receives processed gait data from the app, stores it securely, and handles requests from the dashboard

Visualizes workers’ gait patterns and alerts abnormalities using real-time data pulled from the cloud

MOBILE APP

It collects raw IMU data from the device and provides real-time status updates (e.g., IDLE vs WALKING)
The app processes data to detect gait cycles and calculates gait parameters to identify abnormal patterns
Processed data is automatically uploaded to AWS, enabling centralized data access.

Managers can view live gait data from multiple workers simultaneously
